§ Mr. IrvingWill the Minister bear in mind that this delay is causing great difficulty to planning authorities who want to look ahead in their consideration of submissions for the next review, and will he do his best to speed the matter up?
§ Mr. BrookeAs I say, I am extremely anxious that there should be no delay. There were some 224 objections to the Plan, and I recognise the urgency.
