asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will reinstitute the Scottish Economic Conference.

My right hon. Friend sees no occasion at present for a further Conference.

Is the Joint Under-Secretary of State aware that there is some feeling in Scotland that the overall economic responsibilities exercised by the Secretary of State on behalf of the House of Commons have been taken over by the House of Fraser?

§ Mr. Macpherson
That seems to be rather a different question from the Question on the Order Paper.
