§ Mr. Nixon BrowneThe major Scottish problem arises in Glasgow, where it is estimated that at least 300,000 persons will ultimately have to be rehoused outside the city boundary. Problems on a very much smaller scale may arise in one or two other towns, but this has not yet been fully established.
