Friend to see in what ways the remaining houses can be used for housing purposes if they are dismantled and put up elsewhere? Will he give some general advice or instructions to local authorities in this important matter?
§ Mr. PowellThe appropriateness of doing so, both from the planning and housing points of view, will vary widely locally, and the initiative lies with local authorities in that matter.
