Is he aware that the recent unprovoked aggression on the part of Russia in reducing her arms cost has worried Wall Street and has created gloom and despondency throughout the whole non-civilised world, and does he not think that the country would like an interpretation of these events?
§ The Prime MinisterIf the hon. Gentleman cannot offer us anything more horrifying than that, I shall be content with the Whitsun Recess.
