§ Mr. WatkinsonI have not as yet received this Report, but expect to do so very soon. The Government must have a little time to consider, and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland will hope to be ready to make a statement shortly after we reassemble.
§ Major Anstruther-GrayMay I ask my right hon. Friend for an assurance that he and his Department will do their best to help the Secretary of State for Scotland to get an early start made with building a crossing, whether it be a bridge or a tube, because it is badly needed?
