§ Mr. GreenwoodDoes the Home Secretary appreciate that to a large extent the testing provisions of this Act are a dead letter? Has he considered representations from the Association of Municipal Corporations and other bodies?
§ Major Lloyd-GeorgeThe Act contains provision by which it is illegal to sell certain fires without guards, and so on. The whole matter is a rather difficult one.
