Resolved,
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session relating to Finance, it is expedient to authorise such payments out of the Consolidated Fund or into the Exchequer as may result from the application to other savings banks of any provisions of the Trustee Savings Banks Act, 1954, relating to trustee savings banks.—[Sir E.
