§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Works is at present considering whether arrangements can be made for the Colonial Office site or part of it to be available as a car park. I hope that local authorities will make full use of their opportunities to provide car parks on vacant sites wherever possible.
