§ Mr. TurtonThe answer to the first part of the Question is 1924. In agreement with the other Departments concerned archives to the end of 1902 are available without restriction. The political records of the years 1920–1924 are kept in the Foreign Office for the convenience of the Editors of "Documents on British Foreign Policy."
