Gentleman aware that this credit balance is now 50 per cent. greater than that stated in the Actuary's Report for 1948, and in view of the consternation in the ranks of teachers that although there is a balance here there is yet a deficiency in the fund, will the hon. Gentleman take steps at an early date—even today—to give an explanation of why these contrary terms are used?
