§ Mr. Harold DaviesWe are proud of the work which the telephone managers are doing in the Stoke-on-Trent and North Staffordshire areas, but will the Assistant Postmaster-General assist in the expansion of the telephone service to the hill country? Telephones are needed in such districts as the Leek area, where children and farmers are often stranded because of bad weather.
