§ Mr. DoddsWould the right hon. Gentleman say something about this progress? Is he aware that these discussions have been going on for a long time? Surely Korea has proved that the Army needs helicopters.
§ Mr. HeadI agree with that last statement, but I would rather make a full statement at the end of progress than an unfortunate statement in the middle of it.
