(2) how many members of the Lincolnshire River Board represent territorially the coastline between Skegness and Wainfleet, inclusively.
§ Sir T. DugdaleThe lengths of coastline referred to lie within the County of Lindsey. One is within the Alford and the other within the Skegness Internal Drainage District. Six members of the river board are appointed by the Lindsey County Council and one of the members appointed by me was nominated by the Alford and one by the Skegness Internal Drainage Board.
These drainage boards are elected bodies. The greater part of the membership of the Alford board comes from the area draining to the length of coastline referred to in the first Question.
