§ 30. Dr. Strossasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance when he proposes to implement the recommendations of the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council, on the method of prescribing pneumoconiosis as described in Command Paper No. 8866, July, 1953.
§ Mr. PeakeI recently referred to the Council a draft of the regulations needed to give effect to their recommendations. If the draft is approved the regulations will be brought into force as soon as the necessary administrative arrangements can be made.
§ Dr. StrossDoes that mean that the Minister agrees with the recommendations and is doing his best to bring them forward as quickly as possible?
§ Mr. PeakeIt is my duty to present draft regulations, as I have done, to the Council. I agree with the recommendations and approve of them.
