§ Sir D. EcclesThis information is not available. All owners of requisitioned land had the opportunity of applying for an increased compensation rental under the terms of Section 45 of the Requisitioned Land and War Works Act, 1945, and Section 9 of the Requisitioned Land and War Works Act, 1948.

Can he say how long these requisitions will continue and why some of the applications for increases in rent have been granted and some have been refused in similar cases?
