§ Mr. Fenner BrockwayI rise to present a Petition to this House on behalf of 16,434 citizens of the United Kingdom on the subject of the alienation of land in Kenya.
As this Petition is identical with the one which I presented yesterday on behalf of 158,642 Africans in Kenya, I will not delay the House by outlining it again. I will content myself by saying that it is in the prescribed form, and that it concludes with the words:
