§ 6. Mr. T. Reidasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what information he has received from the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation on the plans for the reorganisation of the office administration of the headquarters of the organisation.
§ Mr. Selwyn LloydThe headquarters of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation were reorganised at the time of their move from London to Paris a year ago. I am not aware that the Secretary-General is contemplating another reorganisation at the present time.
§ Mr. ReidHas the right hon. and learned Gentleman endorsed the strictures passed by Field Marshal Lord Montgomery on the office administration of this institution?
§ Mr. LloydI gather that the principal complaint of the Field Marshal was of too much paper. I think that is a comment I might apply to many institutions.
