Dr. HillBecause of seasonal variations, no valid comparisons of quantity 13 can be made for periods of less than 12 months. Quality and variety do not lend themselves to statistical expression.
§ Mr. HyndAlthough the Minister may not have detailed statistics, is he not aware that in every respect the Government are falling short of their election promises under these headings?
