7. Sir I. Fraser

asked the Secretary of State for War what arrangements are being made for the Home Guard to play its part in the ceremonial duties carried out by the Forces in connection with the Coronation.

12. Mr. H. Nicholls

asked the Secretary of State for War how many Territorial Army volunteers are to be included in the Coronation procession; and how many will be on duty along the route of the Coronation procession.

30. Mr. Ian Harvey

asked the Secretary of State for War how many representatives of the Territorial Army are to be asked to take part in the Coronation ceremonies in London; what percentage of the total numbers of the Territorial Army this represents; and how this contingent compares in numbers with the Regular and National Service representation.

I can assure the House that the representation of the Territorial Army and the Home Guard in the Coronation Procession is being given full consideration. As soon as the detailed arrangements are completed, I will inform the House.
