§ Mr. H. MacmillanOnly the most urgent private street works can be authorised under present circumstances, and each case is examined on its merits, irrespective of whether the area is urban or rural. About £290,000 worth of private street works were allowed in the urban areas of Lancashire last year.
§ Mr. MacCollIs the Minister satisfied that too much work is not being done in urban areas at the expense of rural areas where the need is very great?
