asked the Prime Minister which day of the week it is proposed to allocate for Questions on Welsh affairs as is now allowed for Scottish Questions.

Questions on Welsh affairs which do not fall within the province of other Ministers will be answered on Thursdays by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for the Home Department as Minister for Welsh Affairs.
