§ Mr. HaleIs the hon. Gentleman aware that this can only lead to delays so long as the postal service is outside this large urban district, and why does he not bring it in?
§ Mr. GammansI think the hon. Member knows the answer because he attended a conference of postal officials as well as local authorities on this matter a few months ago.
