§ Mr. F. WilleyLivestock graders are not Government officials, but are employed on a fee basis. We do not keep 1183 records of their ages, nor do we make any hard and fast rule about their employment after reaching the age of 70. During the last three years six graders in Yorkshire who had reached 70 years of age have ceased to be employed.
