Can the right hon. Gentleman also say how long it is proposed to hold out courses to men engaged on short-term engagements?
§ Mr. IsaacsIt would be more helpful if the hon. Gentleman were to put down this question. I have answered the Question on the Order Paper. One point I can answer straight away. It is that men who accept training in any industry do so on the distinct understanding that they will be mobile and be ready to take work wherever it is available.
