§ 37. Mr. P. B. Lucasasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation whether he will make a statement on the progress of negotiations with the Manchester Corporation on the future of Ringway Airport.

§ Mr. LucasWill the Parliamentary Secretary bear in mind the necessity for having a yardstick by which to measure the efficiency of his Ministry in the operation of Ringway, when it comes about, with any other airport?
