§ 11. Mr. Errollasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation the Government's policy with regard to free balloons in relation to the risk of accidents in and near airways.
§ Mr. BeswickFree balloons are subject, in common with conventional aircraft, to the rules of the air set out in Schedule 2 of the Air Navigation Order, 1949.
