§ Mr. CookYes, Sir. Provision for systematic working and silviculture control has been introduced into the new forest leases and in the renewal of old leases. Undersized timber is not now being cut, with the exception of small-size greenheart piling for the American market, which is cut under silvicultural control.
§ Mr. SmithersCan the Minister say whether there is now adequate forest personnel to enforce the excellent regulations which have been made?
