§ Mr. WebbI was glad to receive this recommendation which I am considering. In the meantime, the usual interval of 28 days is being allowed for representations from interested parties. If a standard is adopted for ice cream, it will be enforced, like other food standards, by food and drugs authorities in England and Wales, and by the local authorities in Scotland.
