§ Mr. WebbYes, we have taken all these things into account. We have made 7 an offer to them, which they found unacceptable. They want us to pay 7½ per cent. on existing prices, and we have offered something about 3½ per cent. If we leave it at that, we may be able to solve the difficulty when they come over here again.
