§ 46. Mrs. Eirene Whiteasked the Prime Minister if he will arrange for the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire, which in May will have completed its first year of work, to issue a report to the public.
§ The Prime MinisterI have noted my hon. Friend's suggestion, but the annual White Paper on Wales will include a report on the work of the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire during the year, and I doubt whether a separate publication would serve any useful purpose.
§ Mrs. WhiteIs my right hon. Friend aware that the White Paper will not be issued until October or November? The people of Wales are very much interested in the work of the Council, and would be happy to have an official record rather sooner?
