asked the Minister of Transport whether the proposed change in the licence fee for agricultural tractors will apply to combine-harvesters.

Mr. Barnes

So far as I am aware, combine-harvesters are not used in such a way as to be affected by the forthcoming change.

Mr. Collins

Does that mean that they will not require a licence in the same way as agricultural tractors?

Mr. Barnes

Oh, no, they require a licence, but it will not mean an increased charge.
