This Amendment was suggested by the hon. and gallant Member for West Edinburgh (Lieut.-Commander Hutchison). It makes for greater clarity.
Lieut.-Commander HutchisonI am glad that the Government have seen fit to make this change of word. I agree with the Secretary of State that it will make for greater clarity.
