§ Dr. SummerskillBiscuit manufacturers were given increased allocations of sugar last November and some more sugar, fat and flour in February. This has resulted in some improvement in supplies this year over last year. Unfortunately, however, these ingredients, especially fats, are still scarce and I cannot say when it may be possible to increase the allocation.
