asked the Minister of Supply (1) how many prototype civilian commercial aircraft are on order for his Department; and what is the estimated cost of each;

(2) how many prototype civilian commercial aircraft have been supplied to his Department; and what was the cost of each.

Seventeen prototype civil aircraft are on order for my Department and 11 have already been supplied. To give the information asked for in the second part of the Questions would disclose contract prices, which would be contrary to established practice.
