§ 13. Mr. Skeffington-Lodgeasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs why food parcels sent to Baron von Neurath, imprisoned at Spandau, are withheld from him; and whether he will arrange both to extend the period of 15 minutes every two months during which this man may receive visitors, as well as allow him and other prisoners similarly placed, to write more than one letter of two pages a month to a relative of their own choosing.
§ Mr. MayhewThe regulations governing Spandau prison were quadripartitely agreed and the prison is under quadripartite control. Since the Kommandatura is in abeyance the normal machinery of negotiation is not working. I am, however, asking the Military Governor for a report on this subject.
Mr. E. P. SmithIs it not a fact that this man was much more of a Nazi than the German field marshals and generals mentioned in other Questions?
