§ Mr. AlpassIs my right hon. Friend aware that my information from the chairman of the social committee there is that the plans have already been sent? When my right hon. Friend receives them will he bear in mind that this hall consists of only one room 60 feet by 20 feet, that it was rented to the Gloucestershire County Council for use as a children's clinic, that at present doctors and nurses are working under very serious difficulties, and that the carrying out of these plans will assist them very materially?
