§ Mr. Niall MacphersonDoes the right hon. Gentleman realise the advisability of allowing Territorial officers to put in their annual camp period in foreign countries, in addition to their ordinary training throughout the year at home?
§ Mr. ShinwellThat is a suggestion that might be looked at, but I would not care to commit myself without taking expert advice.
§ Mr. A. R. W. LowCan the Minister say whether any special new arrangements have been made following the Brussels pact?
§ Mr. ShinwellAs far as I know, there are no new arrangements.
