§ Mr. T. WilliamsThe arrange vents are those applicable to all other civil servants and accord with the recommendations of the National Joint Advisory Council. I am sorry there has been some delay in notifying details of the arrangements to the staff, but there has been some delay in dealing with individual applications for camp leave, all of which have, so far as I know, been granted.
