§ Mr. H. WilsonI am not yet in a position to announce a date for the setting up of the Pottery Development Council nor its composition. Discussions with the British Pottery Manufacturers' Federation have been unavoidably delayed for a few weeks. I hope shortly to have final discussions with them as I am most anxious to see the Council established.
