§ 34. Mr. Dumpletonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what progress has been made towards the publication of a Colonial Service Journal as the means 426 for the exchange, among administrative and technical officers, of information about developments in the various territories.
Mr. Creech JonesThe appointment of Mr. Kenneth Bradley as editor of the Colonial Service Journal was announced yesterday. It is hoped that Mr. Bradley will take up his appointment in September and that the first issue of the journal will be published by the beginning of next year.
