§ 78. Mrs. Middletonasked the Minister of Health what action he proposes to take as the result of the judgment given in the King's Bench Division on 1st February in the case of Simper and another v. Coombs so far as it affects the right of former tenants of houses rebuilt under cost of works awards to take up their tenancies again when rebuilding is completed.
