§ 73. Mr. Beswickasked the President of the Board of Trade if he is aware that pads of football pool coupons are available for retail sale, and as this seems to be an evasion of the paper restriction placed upon football pool promoters he will take steps to make the sale of such coupons illegal.
§ Mr. BottomleyThese are copy coupons, the production and sale of which does not infringe any Paper Control Order. They are, nevertheless, wasteful of paper and I am considering what steps might be taken in regard to them.
