I beg to move, in page 7, line 29, at the end, to insert: (3)References in any enactment to the principal Act shall, unless the context otherwise requires, be construed as references to that Act as amended by this Act. This refers to the Cinematograph Films Act, 1938. As that Act is to remain in force with the Amendments made in it by this Bill, it is necessary that this reference to that Act should be embodied.
