§ Mr. OsborneIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that the local builders feel that they could have built permanent houses cheaper and quicker, and in future will he see that these contracts do not come to London firms?
§ Mr. BevanI do not consider that purely subjective impressions of local contractors is necessarily evidence.
