§ 10. Mr. Boyd-Carpenterasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has now considered the desirability of so amending S.R. & O., 1947, No. 1811, as to free the export of gold filled spectacle frames and parts thereof from the recently imposed liability to obtain an export licence.
