§ Mr. AlexanderEach of the Manpower Economy Committees is concentrating on the problems of its particular Service; they are not dealing with inter-Service questions such as those mentioned by my hon. Friend. I have asked for interim reports on their work, and when I receive them I will certainly consider what further information can be made available to the House.
§ Mr. SwinglerWill the Minister direct these committees to consider these inter-Service questions, which are highly important from the point of view of economy in manpower?
§ Mr. AlexanderI should not propose to extend the terms of reference of these particular committees. The other point is well under consideration.
