asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has assured himself that, when the present shortage of fuel and raw materials has been overcome, there will be sufficient production capacity in the British Zone of Germany to provide all the cleansing materials that the Germans will need when the Henckel soap powder factory in Dusseldorf has been dismantled.
