I beg to move, in page 13, line 34, at the end, to insert: (c) for any reference to the Lord Chancel for there shall, except where the context otherwise requires, be substituted a reference to the Lord President of the Court of Session This Amendment must be clear to everybody in the House. It simply means that, so far as the Bill relates to Scotland, the Lord Chancellor should be the Lord President of the Court of Session. It is a consequential Amendment
