Mr. Randallasked the Minister of Health what steps he proposes to take to deal with the resolution from the Chatburn Parish Council on the question of inadequate domestic water supplies to the residents of Chatburn; and if he is aware that this village can only obtain supplies of drinking water after the needs of another village have been met, resulting in no water being available for the residents of Chatburn for periods of 60 hours.
